Wynantskill man allegedly drove to police station while drunk

A Wynantskill man is accused of driving to a police station while drunk.  

Louis Lippincott, 48, went to the State Police station in Schodack to make a complaint. While being interviewed, troopers said he showed signs of impairment. A test revealed a blood alcohol concentration of 0.22%.  

The legal limit is 0.08. 

He was charged with DWI and released to a sober third party.
