Broadalbin man accused of breaking into same home twice in one day

A Broadalbin man is accused of breaking into the same home twice in Mayfield.
Brendan Gladman, 21, is accused of stealing a safe from the home late Thursday afternoon.
The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office says they responded to that call, left, and then were called back a short time later for a separate break-in. They say Gladman was there on the second call, and they say he admitted to the earlier break-in.
We asked investigators about a motive. All they will tell us is that it has to do with money and Gladman is familiar with the victim and the home.
