Would you know how to deal with an active shooter? A drill was being held in Halfmoon on Thursday night.

The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office hosted the training drill at the Halfmoon Town Hall.

Anyone over the age of 14 was able to attend.

County Sheriff Michael Zurlo says the training is designed to educate people on how to respond and survive during an active shooter situation.

NewsChannel 13's Karen Tararache was at the drill. She'll explain some of the tips given on, NewsChannel 13 Live at 9 on My 4 and NewsChannel 13 Live at 11.
