National Guard soldiers from Capital Region deploying to Kuwait

More than 20 National Guard soldiers are deploying to Kuwait Thursday morning.
They’re departing from Glenville Armed Forces Reserve Center.
The soldiers are headed to Pennsylvania for a two-week training before heading to Texas for additional training.
The deployment ceremony is at 9:30 a.m.
