Dozens of BOCES students earn medals in regional SkillsUSA competition

Thirty-three local BOCES students walked away with medals at the regional SkillsUSA competition in Albany.
These students demonstrated their knowledge of skilled trades, such as carpentry, commercial banking, diesel engine repair, and network cabling.
More than 370 students from Questar III took part in this contest. Nearly three dozen of them placed in the top five.
The seven students who took first place will compete at the state competition in Syracuse next month.
