Albany Police say three people including a 16-year-old have been arrested and are now facing charges.

Police say around 2 a.m. Saturday morning they were called out to Washington Park near Willet Street for reports of gunshots.

Officers captured 21-year-old Tywone Jackson, who allegedly threw away a handgun during the chase.

Police also say they captured 20-year-old Jauwan Giles who also had a gun with him and was trying to drive away.

The 16-year-old was crouched in the backseat who led them on a chase on foot.

Police say the teen had an AR rifle with him in the car.

All 3 are now behind bars.
