Adult spelling bee in Schenectady will benefit United Way

There’s a spelling bee this week and it’s all for a good cause.
It supports the United Way of the greater Capital Region.
The 4th annual adult spelling bee takes the outdoor stage at
Centre Street Pub in Schenectady at 6 o’clock this Wednesday night.
It’s a unique way to get young professionals involved with the united ways Emerging Leaders Program.
It focuses on volunteerism and service in the Capital Region- while also giving people a chance to challenge their spelling skills.
And maybe laugh at themselves and their friends.
