AG Office appeals federal judge gun restrictions
The state attorney general is appealing a federal judge’s restrictions on New York’s concealed carry laws.

Last week, we told you how a judge ruled that the new concealed carry law was too restrictive. The judge denied the banning of guns on the subway and in Times Square.
He also blocked the use of social media as a way to conduct background checks.
Monday – the attorney general appealed that ruling.
