Air Quality Alert issued for entire Capital Region
An Air Quality Alert is in effect Monday for the entire Capital Region.
This is once again due to smoke from the ongoing Canadian wildfires.
The New York State Department of Health is once again reminding people to consider limiting strenuous outdoor activity.
People who are especially vulnerable include the young, and people with preexisting conditions – such as asthma or heart disease.
