Albany business pays it forward

Consumer Directed Choices – a provider of consumer self-direction for seniors and people with disabilities – took to the streets last week to celebrate World Kindness Day.
The marketing team and office supervisor spearheaded the initiative by handing out $10 Stewart’s Shops gift cards to 20 strangers.
The recipients of the gift cards also received giveaways and helpful information about Consumer Directed Choices and its services.
The nonprofit also proposed a Facebook challenge encouraging others to continue paying forward the gift of kindness.
