Albany County seeks to buy South End Grocery
Albany County is looking to buy the former South End Grocery site.
The building at 106 South Pearl St., which formerly housed at McDonald’s, has been shuttered after the property defaulted on loans.
The project was aimed to bring fresh fruits and vegetables to the South End.
