Albany County Sheriff’s arrest man for possession of drugs

Albany County Sheriff’s arrested Justin A. Bouldin, 47, on felony drug possession charges.
On Saturday around 10:30 a.m., Sheriff’s were conducting a traffic stop in the area of Sherman Street and Lexington Avenue when Bouldin fled from deputies in his vehicle.
Bouldin was taken into custody after a brief police chase.
After investigation, Bouldin was found in possession of around 430 grams of crack-cocaine and powdered cocaine, intended for distribution, said Sheriff Apple.
He was also found with a digital scale, typically used for weighing and packaging narcotics, said Sheriff’s.
Bouldin was charged with the following:
- First-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (class A-1 felony)
- Second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia (class A misdemeanor)
- Second-degree obstruction of governmental administration (class A misdemeanor)
- Third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (class B felony)
- Third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle (class A misdemeanor)
- Multiple traffic violations
Bouldin is due to appear in Albany City Criminal Court on Sunday, February 11.
