Albany gears up for annual Tulip Fest

Albany’s Tulip Festival is coming up on Mother’s Day Weekend.
There are nearly 250,000 tulips of 175 varieties.
The Tulip Fest will be a three-day festival from Friday, May 12 to Sunday, May 14 in Washington Park in Albany.
This is the 75th anniversary of the festival, and the city will be partnering with businesses and other organizations to offer various events and specials. Multiple local organizations will be hosting events leading up to the festival. All of them will be tulip themed.
