It’s a busy travel week, and Albany International Airport is asking you to arrive two hours early for your flight.

Airport officials say it’s because of a significant increase in president’s week travel. They are asking people to show up at airline ticket counters two hours before their scheduled departure.

More than 4,600 people were expected to fly out on Monday.

Many people go on vacation this week because schools are on winter break.
