Albany man charged with burglary, weapon possession

An Albany man is facing multiple charges after police investigated a burglary.

On Wednesday at about 9:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress at a home on Liebel Street. When police arrived, they found 31-year-old Robert Graham inside the home and arrested him. Graham had a loaded handgun in his possession.

No one was injured during the incident.

Graham was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, burglary, criminal mischief and criminal contempt. He was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and sent to the Albany County Jail.
