Albany man facing child pornography charges

An Albany man is facing child pornography charges.

Isaac Newberry, 41, was arrested by state police, after a cyber tip that led to an investigation.

Newburry is accused of promoting and possessing images consistent with child sexual exploitation.

He was arrested and processed in Latham and is being held in Albany County Jail.
