Albany man gets up to 18 years in prison for deadly DWI crash

Jose Guaman Bunay was sentenced Thursday in Albany County Court.
As a part of a plea deal, he pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated vehicular homicide.
Guaman Bunay hit and killed Kathleen McBride in July 2022 while drunken driving on Central Avenue.
When he gets out of prison, his license will also be revoked.
