Albany man killed in Fourth of July homicide

Albany Police are investigating a homicide.
It happened around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday, in an apartment at 278 Second Street.
Eduardo Montes, 26, was shot in the torso, and died at the scene, police said.
A fight led to the shooting, police believe, and the two people knew each other.
There are no arrests so far.
