Albany man pleads guilty to weapons charge
An Albany man is expected to receive 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to a weapons charge.
Davon Sisnett was arrested in December after an investigation to local fentanyl overdoses. Police found pistols and more than eight ounces each of cocaine, fentanyl and meth from a storage locker in Rensselaer, according to the Rensselaer County District Attorney’s Office.
Sisnett pleaded guilty in Rensselaer County Court on Friday to one count of criminal possession of a weapon. He is scheduled to be sentenced on July 8.
