Police recover gun during Albany traffic stop

A man in Albany was charged with weapons possession.
Ansel Caines, 61, was arrested after a traffic stop on Grand Street on Thursday night.
Police pulled over a car, which they say had switched license plates, and recovered a handgun, they said.
Caines was arraigned Friday morning and sent to Albany County Jail.
