Albany Police recover handgun during search
Albany Police recovered a handgun while executing a search warrant.

Police arrested 68-year-old Harold Cowan Thursday afternoon.
Officers responded to the 500 block of Livingston Avenue for reports of a bullet hole in the door of a home, police said.
Cowan is in the Albany County Jail-facing charges of weapons possession.
