Albany Police search for missing woman

Albany Police are looking for a missing woman.

Okelly Yhap, 29, was last seen on Fourth Avenue and South Pearl Street around 5 a.m. on Sunday morning.

Yhap is deaf and has schizophrenia, said investigators, and may need medical attention. She uses sign language to communicate.

She is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white vest, black pants with a blue stripe down the side and white or pink shoes.
