Albany Police seek man in suspicious incident involving child

Albany Police have found a vehicle wanted in connection with a suspicious activity. Now they are looking for a second vehicle, they said.
This is all tied to a person who spoke to a child not known to him around Whitehall and McDonald Road, police said.
