Albany VegFest returns to the Capital Region

The Albany VegFest was back after a two year hiatus at the Albany Capital Center.
It’s hosted by the Capital Region Vegan Network. At the event, people could learn about adopting and maintaining a vegan lifestyle.
Andrea Shaye from the Capital Region Vegan Network, had some thoughts to share about the event.
“Whether they want to help the planet or make this choice for the animals, whoever you are, if you’re vegan or just learning more about it, this is really an event for everyone and such a happy time to come together as a community.”
Shaye says the pandemic caused many people to focus on their health and eating differently.
