Albany’s Love Your Block program to fund nearly five-dozen projects

The city of Albany announced Thursday morning 57 neighborhood projects that will receive money.
It’s part of Albany’s Love Your Block program.
The projects are in the neighborhoods of West Hill, South End, North Albany, Arbor Hill, Sheridan Hollow, Delaware, Park South and Mount Hope.
They include porch repairs, flower boxes, landscaping, and support of neighborhood block parties.
The program is largely funded by a $20,000 grant from Cities of Service and Johns Hopkins University.
