Albany’s South End Grocery Store remained closed on planned reopening date

The South End Grocery Store in Albany has not reopened yet.
The store had initially announced on Facebook that they would reopen August 8.
The store closed back in July, after an employee accidentally set off a fire extinguisher. It is unclear when they will reopen.
They were planning a produce giveaway for this Thursday. It is also unclear if that is still scheduled.
