Alford gym shut down over permit breach

Officials have shut down a gym run by a multi-millionaire in Berkshire County.

The town of Alford said Berkshire People’s Gym can no longer operate because of a permit breach,

NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Berkshire Eagle reported.

The building was only allowed to be used for storage of farm equipment.

The owner of the gym had previously come under fire for his comments on the Hamas attacks.
