All-clear given after suspicious device found in Bennington home

A home in Bennington has been rendered safe after a suspicious device was found and explosive experts were called in.
The device was found at 351 Overlea Road in Bennington.
Bennington Police say they worked with the Vermont State Police Bomb Disposal Team, Homeland Security investigations and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
There is no danger to the public, Bennington Police said.
No injuries have been reported.
