Amsterdam man gets 10 years for child pornography
An Amsterdam man was sentenced to 10 years in prison for possessing child pornography, including videos of toddlers being abused.
Thomas Love, 35, had previously admitted that from January 2017 through October 2020, he used the internet to access the “dark web” and download depiction of minors engaged in sexual activity, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.
He admitted to distributing pornography on Twitter (now X).
A search of his Love’s electronic devices found that he had over 300 files depicting child pornography, including videos of toddlers being sexually abused.
Love received 121 months in prison and 20 years of post-release super vision. He also must pay restitution to victims in the amount of $9,000 and register as a sex offender once he’s out of prison.
