Amsterdam man gets 8 years in prison for drug trafficking

An Amsterdam man was sentenced to 8 years in state prison for drug dealing, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.

Deshon Thomas, 40, had previously pleaded guilty on a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
