Troy residents are demanding answers, after test results concluded that elevated levels of lead have been found in some of the city’s drinking water.
A rally is planned outside Troy City Hall at 5 p.m. Thursday, just before a Troy City Council Utility Committee meeting.
Rally organizers blame “the city’s 5-year failure to spend grant funding for lead pipe replacement.”
