Animal rescue group raises over $20,000 for new furnace

The AnimalKind rescue in Hudson has raised over $20,000 to help pay for a new furnace.

NewsChannel 13 reported Thursday about the animal rescue organization’s plea to the public for help. There furnace broke and the shelter was left with no heat and no hot water.

They started a GoFundMe to raise money.

As of Friday morning, they had collected $20,085 in donations.
