Appeal rejected for man convicted in Pittsfield 2011 triple murder

One of three men convicted in a 2011 triple murder case in Berkshire County has been rejected in an appeal for a new trial, NewsChannel 13’s media partners at the Berkshire Eagle reported.

Caius Veiovis was among three men convicted in the 2011 killings of David Glasser, Edward Frampton and Robert Chadwell, who were kidnapped from a Pittsfield home, shot, stabbed and murdered.

Veiovis – who has surgically implanted horns in his head – was convicted.
