An appeals court has rejected a Catskill man’s appeal for a new trial, after he was convicted of murder.

Carlos Graham was found guilty of second-degree murder in the January 2017 death of Brandon Foster in Catskill.

Graham murdered Foster, and buried his body outside his home, where it wasn’t found for more than a year.

Graham appealed for a new trial using several arguments – including the conviction was contrary to the weight of the evidence.

An appeals court upheld the conviction and the 25 years to life sentence.
