34 year old Matthew Seeloff is in custody tonight.
Police say they obtained a search warrant after he used one of the stolen credit cards to rent a motel room.
When police arrived they were able to recover all of the stolen property.
But they say Seeloff was not there.
Seeloff was taken into custody on Wednesday on felony burglary and grand larceny charges.
