Arrest made in 2016 Schenectady homicide case

An arrest has been made in connection with a Schenectady homicide more than seven years in the making.

In 2016, Andre Lee was shot and killed on Germain Avenue on Saint Patrick’s Day.

Police pulled over Camare Williams for a traffic stop on Thursday night in Middletown.

During the stop, officials discovered Williams had an arrest warrant out for Lee’s murder.

Williams was arrested and taken to Schenectady; He received several charges including second degree murder.
