Arrest made in Columbia County shots fired call

Police have made an arrest in connection with a shots fired call in Philmont.
Philmont police got a 911 call just before 4:30 p.m. on Saturday for a report of shots fired in the area of 7 Church Street.
Police say this appears to be a targeted incident.
There are no reported injuries.
More information is expected to be released on Tuesday.
