Arson suspect to be sentenced for fire that destroyed his apartment building
The man who set a fire that destroyed an apartment building in Hudson Falls is scheduled to be sentenced Friday, NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Post-Star reported.
The man who set fire to the Hudson Falls apartment building where he lives is scheduled to be sentenced on Friday.
Peter Lemery admitted in September to setting the October 2022 fire on Maple Street. The fire forced seven families out of their homes. The building was deemed a total loss.
Lemery faces 5 to 15 years in state prison.
