The attorney conference for the case of Dino Savoca has been moved to Tuesday morning, according to the Albany County Court.

An attorney conference without Savoca present was set to take place at 9:15 Monday morning. It has now been moved to Tuesday morning at the same time.

Savoca, 61, was armed with multiple guns when he barricaded himself in his 97-year-old mother’s room for several hours. The standoff caused a lockdown in the hospital.

Savoca’s mother died the day after the standoff.

Savoca’s charges include second-degree murder and attempted murder.
