Autopsy scheduled for man who died at Crossgates

An autopsy is scheduled this week after a man died at Crossgates Mall on Saturday.
The man was found unresponsive in the food court on Saturday morning, before most stores in the mall opened for the day. The mall corridors and a small handful of stores open earlier than the main mall’s posted opening.
Police and EMS arrived at the scene, and tried to save his life, but he died.
The man was taken by the Albany County coroner, who will do the autopsy, said police.
There is no indication of foul play, police said, and the death does not appear to be suspicious.
