Ballston Lake man faces multiple counts of rape, assault

A Ballston Lake man has been indicted on 30 counts, including sexual abuse and assault.
Dillon M. Buono, 23, was arraigned in Saratoga County Court on Wednesday in connection with multiple incidents that prosecutors said occurred from February through September of this year.
Buono was arrested in September after police said he sexually assaulted and choked a person at the Grand Prix Motel in Malta. The incident happened over the course of several days.
Buono is charged with multiple counts of assault and strangulation, as well as sexual abuse, strangulation, criminal obstruction of breathing and aggravated criminal contempt.
Buono is being held at Saratoga County Jail.
