Ballston Spa man arrested for damaging property, violating order of protection

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested Ford T. Fafard, 24, of Ballston Spa on Sunday for intentionally damaging property belong to someone else in an amount exceeding $250, as well as violating an order of protection in the process.
Officials say they responded to an active domestic incident on Paisley Road in Milton on September 1 at 9:58 a.m.
Investigation into the incident led to the arrest of Fafard, said the Sheriff’s Office.
Fafard was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and third-degree criminal mischief.
He was arraigned in Milton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further action in the matter.
