Ballston Spa man sentenced for attempting to assault court officer
A Ballston Spa man is sentenced to attempting to assault an officer of the court last fall.

The Saratoga County district attorney’s office says Jordan Hensleigh has been sentenced to serve 2-4 years for violating a court order, in March of last year.
District attorney Karen Heggen put out a statement, explaining the length of the sentencing, stating – “the defendant failed to follow the law, failed to follow the order of the court, and thereafter attempted to assault a court officer.”
She goes on to say “this behavior demands accountability and consequence and that is why the defendant is going to prison for an extended period of time.”
