This weekend and next are New York’s maple weekends, which give people in the Capital Region a chance to see how maple syrup is made and even get a little taste.
This year, Hop City Maple in Ballston Spa is teaming up with Dickinson’s Delight, a local food truck, to offer maple crepes and other maple goodies.
Maple weekends also feature tree tapping and boiling demonstrations, as well as treats like maple milk.
