Albany teen facing charges in BB gun incident

ALBANY – A 16-year-old boy from Albany is facing charges, after police say he pointed a gun at another man on Livingston Avenue.
Police say the victim told them a man pulled a gun out of his backpack and threatened him with it.
The teen – whose name is not being released because of his age – faces a count of menacing in the second-degree.
