A four-legged friend in Schuylerville got some extra love on Thursday.
Hamilton the therapy dog celebrated his 4th birthday.
Hamilton works at Schuylerville High School and helps students manage their stress and anxiety throughout the day.
Students celebrated the day with ice cream donated by Stewart’s Shops, and lots of pets for their furry friend.
Hamilton has helped both students and faculty perform better in school, the high school principal said.
