Bennington man accused of selling cocaine
A Bennington man is accused of selling cocaine.
Brandon Rowe, 27, was arrested on Monday after a monthlong investigation by the Vermont Drug Task Force and the Bennington Police Department. The investigation involved the use of a confidential informant who purchased cocaine base from Rowe.
Rowe was on a community supervision furlough at the time of his arrest. This was from previous convictions for allegedly violating an abuse prevention order, forgery, unlawful trespass, obstruction of justice, assault and robbery and operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent.
Rowe was sent to jail and due in Vermont Superior Court on March 25 at 8:15 a.m.
