Berkshire County man pleads guilty in two separate cases
A Berkshire County man will serve up to twelve years in prison after pleading guilty in two separate cases just months apart.
According to our media partners at The Berkshire Eagle, Steven Santana pleaded guilty to assaulting a man he was trying to collect a loan from in august of 2021.
Prosecutors say the victim was found in a Pittsfield home with fractured facial bones and a serious eye injury.
Nearly four months before that – Santana lead Dalton police in a chase that ended in the discovery of a backpack filled with cocaine and a gun.
