Berkshire Humane Society overwhelmed with animals

The Berkshire Humane Society posted on Facebook that they are overwhelmed with more than 150 shelter animals and a high demand for services.

They say this includes providing low-cost spay and neuter surgeries, filling pet food bank requests and helping community cats.

They are asking for cash or goods donations or help adopting.

To help out, the shelter is taking $100 off dog and cat adoption fees through July 15.

They also announced that they will be waiving all adoption fees for small animals – except for rabbits.
