A 14-year-old boy is under arrest for allegedly spray painting racial slurs in Guilderland.

Officers responded to reports of graffiti on public sidewalks on Western Avenue in the vicinity of Venezio Avenue just before 8 pm. on Sunday.

Police found a group of juveniles within the vicinity of the graffiti.

A 14-year-old boy from Albany was charged with two misdemeanor graffiti counts and released on an appearance ticket. All juveniles were released to an adult. The graffiti is being removed.
